Galvalume Coils Features:

1).Strong Erosion Resistance and Damp Heat Resistance; 

The erosion resistance of the hot-dipped galvalume steel plate is 2-6 times higher than that  of the  ordinary galvanized steel plate.

 The damp heat resistance of hot-dipped galvalume steel plate is 3-4 times higher than that of  the ordinary one. 

2).High Temperature Erosion Resistance:

The hot-dipped galvalume steel plate will not fade after being oxidized for a week at a high

 temperature of 315°C. Even at a temperature as high as 700°C, it can still be free from severe

 oxidization and scale formation.

As we know normally,the highest working temperature of galvanized steel plate is 230°C.

3).Superior Cold-Roll forming performance, Stationarity, Weldability and Painting Viscosity. 

5).Nice Surface. So the steel sheet plate could be put into application without being painted.

With excellent cold bending molded manufacturablity, good decoration effect, strong anti-corrosion  ability, galvanized steel coils and sheets are also pollution-free and easily recycled.  So they can be used as final products and basic plates of color coated steel coils and widely applied in construction, Household appliances, Decoration, Automobile Industrial,Industrial Instruments ect.
